What I Should Expect
We see all patients on an appointment basis and make every effort to honour time commitments. While we do our best to stay on schedule, unexpected additional time with our patients and emergencies can cause delays. If you have been waiting for more than 15 minutes in the reception room, please let the receptionist know. She will speak to the clinical staff to find out how long of a delay to expect and give you the option of waiting or rescheduling. We know that your time is valuable too and we do make every effort to schedule properly and to stay on schedule. When scheduling your appointment, the more information you can give us about your foot problem, the better we can determine how much time to allot for your visit.
Chiropody services are not covered by OHIP, but are covered in whole or in part by many supplementary health insurance plans. We accept the following payment methods: Debit, Cash, or Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX).
CLAIM SUBMISSION: Knowing your insurance benefits is your responsibility but we are glad to assist you in determining your coverage. We will assist you in any way we reasonably can to help get your claims paid. We provide receipts suitable for submission to your insurance coverage and additional documentation where necessary.
We are preferred providers for Green Shield and Blue Cross and WSIB approved.
